Due to a security issue in the Exchange server (MSX) of the TUD, a feature was disabled, which causes that Apple Mail and Outlook for Mac will no longer work properly when accessing the MSX mailbox via Exchange. More Infos you find here.
Computer Department
We strive to provide a number of computer related services to support researchers and administration in their daily work. We've teamed up with the BIOTEC computer department to manage the IT infrastructure of the CMCB and the Dresden branch of the DNZE.
We offer the following services to all our internal research groups:
- wired and wireless network access
- data storage / file services
- central printing services
- institute and research-group web sites
- high performance compute cluster

All members of the computer department have access to the trouble ticket system and can react in a timely manner. If you report problems by email to a specific person, they might be seen only hours or even days later.
